Abstract

The article provides information about the study conducted to detect the effect of uterine manipulator use on oncological prognosis in patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for uterine cancer. The study was conducted on 116 patients who underwent surgery for endometrial cancer between 2018 and 2024 at the AMU Oncological Clinic. Uterine manipulators were used in 95 of these patients and not used in 21 patients. The association of uterine manipulator use with recurrence and survival rates was evaluated and analyzed. According to our results, the use of a uterine manipulator during laparoscopic surgery did not have a negative effect on recurrence and survival.
