The article presents the results of a study on the quality of life (QL) of patients after orthopedic treatment of secondary complete adentia (SCA) with removable complete dentures (RCD). The study involved 204 patients aged 45 to 90 years, including 102 (50%) men and 102 (50%) women. The OHIP-14 Ru questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life before and 33 days after orthopedic treatment using an improved method. A significant improvement in quality of life was observed 33 days after the treatment. The quality of life of patients aged 60-74 improved by 1.2 times, surpassing that of patients aged 45-59. Patients from older age groups showed the highest improvement in quality of life. In particular, patients aged 75-90 experienced a 1.4 times greater improvement compared to those aged 45-59 and 60-74. The use of an improved method for fabricating RCD in the treatment of secondary complete adentia resulted in a more significant enhancement of quality of life compared to other orthopedic treatment options.
