The article presents the results of a study aimed at clarifying the influence of orthopedic treatment of complete secondary adentia with full removable plate prosthesis, manufactured by traditional methods, on patient quality of life criteria. 405 patients aged 45-90 (206 (50.9%) men, 199 (49.1%) women) were included in the study for orthopedic treatment of secondary complete adentity with fully removable plate prosthesis. Quality of life criteria were clarified before and 33 days after orthopedic treatment using the OHIP-14-Ru questionnaire consisting of 4 negatively worded questions, which is a subjective selfassessment. The first five questions reflecting the patient's nutritional problem were 3.2 points before treatment, and 2.4 points after 33 days in the OHIP-14-Ru questionnaire. Questions 6-10 reflecting the patient's communication problem were at the level of 3.7 points before treatment and 2.64 points after 33 days in the OHIP-14-Ru questionnaire. Questions 11-14 reflect the patient's daily life problems in the OHIP14-Ru questionnaire, and the answers given to them were evaluated as 2.6 points before treatment and 1.7 points after 33 days. Deterioration of dental status indicators is characterized by an increase in the total score, which negatively affects the patient's quality of life.
