Abstract

The article presents the results of open surgical correction of the retrocaval ureter in two patients. Both patients were women. One patient was diagnosed intraoperatively, and the other as a result of a pre-conducted examination (ultrasound, computed tomography). The patients successfully underwent reconstructive surgery - antevasal ureteroureteroanastomosis. A detailed description of one patient is given. The long-term result of reconstructive surgery is tested using excretory urography performed in the postoperative period.
