The article provides information about the research work conducted to study the clinical features of the course of acantholytic pemphigus versicolor (HAP). 163 patients were involved in the study. Cytological studies were conducted to detect acantholytic cells, immunohistochemical studies were conducted to detect antidesmogleins type 1 and 3, and the Mahajan scoring system was used to determine the severity of the course of HAP. As a result of the conducted studies, it was found that HAP is more common in women aged 40-65 in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Patients are more likely to have a moderate-severe vulgar form of the disease, accompanied by concomitant lesions of the skin and mucous membranes of the oral cavity.
