This study presents an assessment of the effectiveness of telemedicine application in the management of traumatic injuries requiring emergency medical assistance. For this purpose, the study analyzed the outcomes of 59 patients who sought medical care at the Republican Center for Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid between 2015 and 2020 and received remote consultation via telemedicine. The patients were divided into two groups: the retrospective group (n=22), received traditional medical care and prospective group (n=37), received remote specialist consultation via telemedicine. The positive effects of remote medical assistance were evaluated based on improvements in hemodynamic parameters and reduction in pain levels. The study findings demonstrate that telemedicine enhances the quality of medical care in traumatic injuries and shortens the treatment duration. This approach is particularly effective in time-critical emergency trauma cases and holds great potential for expanding emergency medical services in remote areas.
