PROCESSING LOCALIZATION AND QUESTIONNARE EORTC QLQ-C30 RESULTS IN PATIENTS WITH BREAST CANCER AND METASTASIS

Abstract

The main purpose of the study was to analyze the age group of women with breast cancer and local metastases, the localization of the process and the results of the EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire (European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer in 2005). For this purpose, in 2015-2020, 70 people (control group) were diagnosed with breast cancer but without metastasis, and 45 women (main group) were diagnosed with breast cancer with metastasis to local lymph nodes. The results of the research, the assessment of the quality of life and health by patients themselves are based on the results of the "General Health" scale. The control group of patients with breast cancer had higher scores than the main group of patients with lymphatic system lesions. The values of the Role Functionality and Physical Activity domains, which reflected the patient's ability to perform daily tasks and the patient's physical condition were higher in the control group. In the statistical comparative analysis of the survey data obtained on the symptomatic scales of the questionnaire, it was found that in the main group of patients with regional lymph node metastases the highest rates were recorded in two profiles: "Pain" and "Fatigue". (In the control and main groups, 25.9 ± 2.88 points and 44.2 ± 1.78 points, respectively, p = 0.001; 9.0 ± 1.43 and 26.7 ± 1.29, p = 0.001). As a result of our research in accordance with the questions of the emotional parameter of the EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire, the average score of the emotional parameter in the control group was 84.8 ± 0.59 points. Based on the answers to the questions on the relevant parameter of the relevant survey, the average in the main group was slightly lower, 74.6 ± 0.75 points.
