This article presents a study conducted to investigate the level of development of a conceptual model of a unified medical information system within the field of healthcare digitalisation in the Republic of Azerbaijan. For this purpose, the databases of healthcare institutions were used as the study material. It is demonstrated that the unified medical information system is implemented through the application of methods based on artificial neural networks, artificial intelligence, statistical processing, image recognition and storage, and cloud technologies. In the authors' opinion, the unified medical information system represents one of the modern solutions for the provision of medical services to the population, the management of pharmaceutical supplies, and decision-making in emergency situations.Downloads
