The article presents the results of a study aimed at exploring the correlation between laboratory indicators in juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). The study involved 80 children with an established diagnosis of JIA (according to the ILAR – International League of Associations for Rheumatology criteria) and 20 practically healthy children. Statistical processing of the results, expressed numerically, was performed using variance and correlation (ρ-Spearman) methods. The findings demonstrated a significant negative correlation between markers such as IL-6, IgG, CRP, and Ca2+, as well as between hemoglobin and ESR, CRP. The results indicate a relationship between the anemic syndrome and bone resorption processes with the severity and activity of the disease.
