Neurofibromatosis (NF) is a genetically determined disease of the nervous system, the essence of which is the multiple tumor-like formations in the central nervous system and peripheral nerves. A case of clinical observation of neurofibromatosis type 2 in a young woman who had a stroke is presented and treatment approaches are substantiated. The importance of neurofibromatosis as a factor in the development of stroke has been suggested.
