The article interpreted the results of the studies on comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of Bentall and David operations The study was conducted from 2019 to 2021 at the Cardiac Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on 55 patients who underwent emergency surgery by monitoring the functional status of the heart and systemic hemodynamics in the early postsurgery period. The satisfactory results were obtained regardless the type of surgical treatment (David or Bentall method). That is postsurgery mortality was zero level and there was no need for the repeated intervention. In addition, statistically significant difference was not found between the length of stay in the intensive care unit and the duration of artificial lung ventilation in patients. However, while the period of stay for patients at the hospital operated by David method was 20.9 (8-35) days, the duration of hospital treatment for patients treated with Bentall was 24.7 (10-40) days, that is the corresponding indicator of the first group is significantly less than the second one from statistical point of view.
