СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ МЕТОДОВ ЛУЧЕВОЙ ДИАГНОСТИКИ ПРИ ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННЫХ ТОЛСТОКИШЕЧНЫХ СВИЩАХ

Аннотация

The results of a study aimed at comparing the diagnostic effectiveness of CT and USM examination methods in the effective detection of postoperative colorectal fistulas are discussed in the article. The study included 107 patients referred for radiation diagnostics for postoperative intestinal fistulas. All patients were examined using both ultrasound and CT with and without contrast. The sensitivity; specificity; positive predictive value; negative predictive value; accuracy of the CT radiation diagnostic method were determined. When using both methods of radiation diagnostics, true positive results, true negative results, false positive, false negative, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were determined. The study showed that lower diagnostic indicators for the diagnosis of fistulas of colonic origin in the postoperative period were observed among the results of non-contrast ultrasound. Although the contrast US values were slightly higher, no statistically significant difference was observed compared to non-contrast US, and 100% efficiency was not recorded for any parameter with contrast US.
