The article analyzes the results of retrospective analysis of 724 children diagnosed with Hirschsprung's disease (HD) and underwent laparoscopic surgery. Group 1 - primary laparoscopic surgery was performed on 524 previously unoperated children. Group 2 - repeated and staged laparoscopic operations were performed in 200 children. 129 children of them underwent palliative surgery (stoma), and 71 children underwent radical surgery. The proposed laparoscopic techniques are a universal method to correction of HD. Using this method in children of all age groups, with various anatomical variants of Hirschsprung's disease, in primary and previously operated children allows achieving good postoperative results, a small number of complications, and reducing the duration of the operation (due to one-stage intra-abdominal laparoscopic and perineal dissection).
